If you are not satisfied with SYKE Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at support@syke.cloud with your account email address. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund for annual subscriptions if requested within the first 3 months.
New accounts receive a 7-day free Pro trial. No payment is required for the trial, so no refund applies.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
