The MCP server installs and runs locally without a paid plan, subscription, or license gate. Optional AI features still use your own provider key, so model usage stays between you and the provider you choose.

• gate_build, analyze_impact, get_hub_files, check_warnings, refresh_graph, ai_analyze, and scan_project are available from the local MCP server.
• No SYKE-managed checkout, account tier, or purchase flow applies to the open-source MCP workflow.
• Use your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic key only if you want optional semantic analysis or onboarding-document generation.
• Project support is handled through GitHub issues, pull requests, sponsorship, and package distribution.
